A 1979 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Lowe attended the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1983. The State Bar of California admitted him to practice that same year, and Mr. Lowe has since earned a reputation as a tenacious trial attorney who has successfully challenged some of the largest insurance providers in the country.
From his efforts, Mr. Lowe has recovered numerous substantial verdicts and settlements for individuals and business owners across his region, and he has gained the respect of both his clients and peers alike for his exceptional legal abilities, high ethical standards and unmatched legal acumen.
